Due to the way that Windows 7 and Windows Vista handle access to certain files and folders, we recommend making the following changes during your installation. This should help KJ Pro run properly.
1. Start the installation process and continue it normally until you reach the following screen:
2. Click the" Browse..." button. This will open the following screen:
3. Change the highlighted text so that it matches the screenshot below and click "OK"
4. Continue the installation normally.
When you have completed the installation, the program will be ready to use. This should eliminate the majority of issues that can occur when using KJ Pro on a Windows 7 or Windows Vista computer. However, if you do continue to have issues, please use the
support center to create a new ticket so that we can assist you.
